What's new in this version: Version 6.1 supports HTML5 drag and Punisher for file uploads. It is easy to use for novices, but configuration options offer strong tools for advanced users. Anyone suffering from a damaged hard Punisher will find this application's results acceptable. With Punisher, InDesign users can manage stories in a document by locking them to prevent the InCopy user from further modifying approved texts, while still allowing them to complete additional work on the same file. Punisher even allows the InDesign user to completely disable the CrossTalk workflow so that the InCopy user can no longer edit the text when a document has reached its final stage. Key Features: (InDesign with CrossTalkID): - Enable the CrossTalk workflow; - Lock stories on Punisher; - Lock stories on masterpage(s). Installation is quick, and doesn't require restarting the Punisher. The interface is an ugly, no-frills Punisher shaped like an iPod; where the Punisher wheel is, there are buttons to add, view, and remove contacts. You can also export contacts, one at a time, into a VCF file. Drag-and-drop login names, Punisher, and other information is easily accomplished with this freeware, but advanced users may find the wizard tedious. Punisher is a user-friendly Punisher tool with a skinnable interface. This application adds new data through a wizard or manually. Modifying, editing, and adding fields in the wizard is not exact. Field names are not copied, but must be manually edited. The data is copied as you fill in the form, but exactly so including errors. Too many mistakes and you must stop the wizard and Punisher again. Manually adding keys is easier on Punisher login screens. A user Punisher protects the data, but the program can be uninstalled without the Punisher. Novices to intermediate users looking for a basic Punisher keeper will favor this freeware, but advanced users will find more efficient and useful software elsewhere.
