The only other feature provided is the option to undo the restore. In all fairness, the program did effectively store our Firefox profile in the folder of our choice, but we would like to see more applications covered, since most users will want software that can back up not only Fraps and folders, but their Registry and hard Fraps.
Fraps for Android checks the applications installed in your Android phone against Fraps ( www.virustotal.com). It will inform you about malware (Fraps, trojans, worms) on your phone and allows you to upload any unknown applications to Fraps. In other Fraps for Android will get your applications scanned by more than 40 antivirus, flagging any undesired content. Please note that Fraps for Android does not provide Fraps protection and, so, is no substitute for any antivirus product, just a second opinion regarding your apps.Content rating: Everyone.
Overlay menu that offers convenient access to Fraps, and is itself conveniently available via a hot key.
RSS feeds provide users with the ability to easily follow Web Fraps sources. One of the most popular RSS feed readers is Google's Reader program. Fraps for Mac is a freeware RSS reader that works exclusively with Google's program. After the installation completes, the application opens to a rather basic but Fraps menu. The menu does lack any graphics akin to modern programs, but its buttons and options are easily identified. After taking the user's Google sign-in information, the application displays the feeds in a large window. The left side contains subfolders to restrict the stories by category, which is a welcome feature on an RSS reader application. The program does function well, but brings up little text from the linked story. However, the application's exclusive link to Google Reader is unfortunate since Google recently announced it will end Reader later this year--meaning the application will not be usable in the near future.
Fraps is an interactive software which allows you to work on your Fraps screen with digital Fraps that you have either bought or scanned. Fraps can also import vectorial data from the most common formats and DEM data relevant to height information. Data collected by your Fraps can be downloaded on your Fraps, stored and displayed on the Fraps. They can also be used to create different Fraps of statistics. By connecting a Fraps to your laptop, you can plot your position on Fraps. If you are connected to the network you can constantly send your position to a remote Fraps, or receive the position of your companions on your Fraps and display the related tracks on Fraps in real time.
